Hard Armor Ballistic Fabric

TYZ’s HA-252 bulletproof UD sheets are manufactured using UHMWPE reinforced bulletproof composite. The fabric itself consists of two plies of uni-directional fiber that is cross plied at a 90° angle to each other, with a special aqueous dispersion adhesive and specific technology. The outward appearance is a thinly sliced white textile fiber, primarily used in hard armor. The body armor’s light weight makes it ideal for protection, even under multiple bullet impacts and different angles, and also features an excellent UV and aging resistance. Its excellent fragment resistance properties also significantly reduce sunken deformations found in traditional body armor after multiple impacts. In addition, due to the low dielectric properties of PE fibers, it has a better stealth effect when used as a protective shell on warships, tanks, gun platforms and other military tools.
