Cut Resistant UHMWPE Fabric

TYZ WF-10 cut resistant UHMWPE fabric is made of the UHMWPE fiber which is developed by us. It is produced with special process technology.

The normal size:
The length is continuous, and the width is 1.6m.

Application:
Soft and light texture stab proof armors, fragment resistant devices, exploder clearing equipment, explosion isolation devices, etc.

Stab proof performance:
Multi-layers. It satisfied the standard from "GA68-2003 Stab Proof Body Armor" the ministry of the public security when the surface density is 6-6.5kg/m2.

1.1g fragment resistant performance:
Multi-layers. The V50 can be 440m/s when the surface density is 2.4kg/m2.
Multi-layers. The V50 can be 560m/s when the surface density is 5kg/m2.
