After more than 10 years of development, TYZ has formed a team of high quality R&D, production and sales staff, and we have also set up R&D institutions, as well as established long term scientific research cooperation and R&D relationships with numerous universities and research institutions. We have our own intellectual property right for key technologies, and we have also filed over 30 patent applications, 14 of which have been invention patents that have been approved. Among those are a European patent and a Korean patent. These patents cover all technological areas of UHMWPE fibers and fiber composites, and TYZ has also taken charge of drafting the first industrial standards for UHMWPE fibers, which were fully implemented on April 1st, 2011.
